From the rooftop, the whole Medina turns amber — the Koutoubia minaret, the rooftops of Bab Doukkala and, on clear days, the snow-capped High Atlas.

Evenings open with mint tea, spiced Moroccan coffee or a fresh seasonal juice. When the air cools, we bring you one of our colourful jabador cloaks to keep warm — a house tradition guests never forget.

Slow-cooked tajines, fresh fish, seasonal starters and desserts made in-house — à la carte at lunch and dinner, roughly 100 to 300 dirhams per person, with vegetarian options throughout and alcohol-free cocktails at the bar.

Terrasses des Arts is also a gallery of Moroccan arts and crafts: photography by Youssef Bouskri, rotating exhibitions, and rooms of carpets, caftans, jewellery and pottery beneath a starlit ceiling — with a boutique of curated pieces. Arrive half an hour early and wander before dinner.
